The Lagoon of Lagoons - Astrophotography Print

During the summer months, the center of the Milky Way stands front and center in our skies, then number of stars so vast that the shape can be seen in relatively bright skies. The center of the Milky Way is cut by a dark lane of dust and gas that some mythologies call a river in the sky. In this picture, you can see that river is not only rich with stars but also nebulae.
